A Moral Dilemma

I have a moral question for you

It is an imaginary situation, but I want you to consider which choice you would make in these circumstances.

The situation:

You are in the west near Broken Hill, and there is a huge flood in progress. Much livestock has been lost, water supplies compromised, and infrastructure destroyed. Let's say you're a photographer out getting still photos for a news service, traveling alone, looking for particularly poignant scenes. If you were to stumble across John Howard struggling to keep from being swept away in the raging Darling River and you had a choice of rescuing him or getting a prize-winning photograph of the death of a Prime Minister........
