SportTM and SportBy Tim Brennan
TM has been used in a wide range of professional sports including Aussie Rules , Basketball, Rugby Union and Rugby League, Netball, the Australian Olympic Snow Sking and many others.
Justin Madden the Carlton footballing legend and past president of the AFL Players Association has said - "I've found TM has been significant in allowing me to focus on things that are important at that moment. I don't get too stressed up or use a lot of nervous energy prior to the game. My body is able to recover more quickly after the game, and TM has taken away a lot of the barriers which would have normally inhibited me in the past." Michelle den Dekker - captain of the Australian Netball Team for over six years during a period when they were twice world champions has said " TM has helped me become much clearer in my outlook. In training my body now functions much better - overall, it has helped me perform better. Ordinary training is for the body but it does not train the mind. TM provides that level of training for my mental clarity and sharpness, and for the balance of my entire being, my whole well being". Steve Lee the Australian downhill ski champion has said "Using TM just before I compete, between the warm up and actual event , I find it to be a very powerful and effective tool. When I hit the track, everything comes together, the mind and body working as one. TM helps me to become one unit."
