Mate Against Mate

The Editor,

Dear Comrade,

I have been disappointed to hear and read of unionists tearing the ALP to pieces, which in turn gives the general public the view that the Labor paty is a rabble not fit to govern. Instead of playing into the hands of the Coalition, why don't you all do as I did and join your local ALP branch and help to formulate the policy you want each month, instead of waiting for the annual conference to air your views. I am a retired unionist and am sorry to see that not many young people are members of my local ALP branch.

Yours fraternally,

Bob Johnson.
